Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (or ERGs) serve as self-directed resources for faculty and staff based on communities of interest.  Participation in an ERG is completely voluntary and ERGs are open to all members of the employee community.  ERGs may play an important role in promoting employee engagement, professional development, and overall support.  While self-directed, ERGs must comply with all University Policies and Procedures.

Subject to governing documents, policies, and procedures, Faculty and Staff may also participate in the following organizations to further engage with the Texas State community:
