Experience the awe and wonder of space in the new physical activity challenge with a space exploration theme. Star Trak takes walking to the next level, launching your participation into hyperdrive!

Aim for red, yellow, or blue stars by reaching 6,000, 8,000, or 10,000 steps daily. Each milestone unlocks space-related images and insights from science, pop culture, and literature.

How it Works

Each day you’ll record steps (or exercise minutes that are converted to steps) to earn points and stars. After logging activities, you'll answer a fun trivia question about one of seven space eras, from early space missions (1940s-1957) to the Artemis Era and Deep Space Exploration (2020+). 

a chart of the points earned per starJoining a team adds to the fun – track your ranking, cheer each other on, and stay motivated together. Starting a team is easy! Go to the Team page, create a name and motto, then use the Invite feature. Once your team has 4-5 members, your team is official and you can start navigating for a top spot on the leaderboard. 

As part of an official team, you'll have access to the weekly  Thrive Thursday challenge. Complete it by midnight (found in your email or on the Team page) to earn a bonus point each week. 

You'll earn badges for things like logging weekend activities. You can also add friends, shout out to others on the Wall, see what's trending, set individualized goals, and celebrate your success!
